The city authorities lack high quality data about their citizens and communities and therefore ineffectively use public resources. Our anthropological studio consisting of five Ph.D. students offer applied field research projects with “bottom-up” and “being-there” approach. We produce valuable visual and textual analyses with sociocultural insight which help to improve performance of the institutions. Considering sustainable urban development and using high quality data, we and our partners will build a livable city.
