The Komunikos project aims to enhance teachers‘ communication and motivational skills.

Teachers are not just educators but inspirers. However, they often face challenges such as students‘ low motivation, lack of initiative, or even mental health issues. This project is dedicated to empower teachers and, by extension, the students or pupils they nurture.

Conducted interviews with teachers, provided insight into the difficulties they encounter. Based on these findings, I designed a course methodology, program and textbook. Coaching principles are not commonly used in education, although they are aimed at boosting inner motivation, developing critical thinking and encouraging independence. Applying these principles, teachers can better motivate their students, potentially helping them build healthy self-confidence, boosting their potential or even their future sense of social responsibility.

The implementation of the course for a small group of teachers served to gather feedback and facilitate further development. As part of the PR and marketing strategy, I´ve focused on creating a brand for the course to fit the targeted group. In pursuit of broadening the reach, I am in the process of creating an e-learning version of the course. Simultaneously, adding a members‘ section to create a dynamic community, facilitating discussions, and the establishment of connections amongst educators.

Projekt Komunikos cílí na podporu komunikačních a motivačních dovedností učitelů.

Učitelé nepředávají jen znalosti, ale také inspirují a motivují. Často se ovšem u svých žáků nebo studentů setkávají s nízkou motivací, iniciativou nebo dokonce psychickými obtížemi. Tento projekt je zaměřen na podporu učitelů, a skzre ně také jejich žáků.

Rozhovory s učiteli mi poskytly náhled do obtíží, se kterými se v praxi setkávají. Na základě těchto informací jsem sestavila metodologii, program kurzu a učebnici. Jádro kurzu tvoří principy koučování a psychologie, učitelé tak mohou skrze svůj přístup a komunikační dovednosti podporovat vnitřní motivaci svých svěřenců. Koučovací principy nejsou ve vzdělávání běžně využívany, ačkoliv slouží právě k rozvoji vnitřní motivace, kritického smýšlení a samostatnosti.

Realizace kurzu pro malou skupinu učitelů posloužila k získání zpětné vazby a dalšímu rozvoji. V rámci PR a marketingové strategie jsem se zaměřila na tvorbu brandu kurzu tak, aby odpovídal této cílové skupině. Pro rozšíření dopadu tohoto kurzu vytvářím jeho e-learning podobu se členskou sekcí, která poslouží k rozvoji komunity, podporu diskuze, sdílení a navazování kontaktů.
